Yoga Retreat: For Midsummer
An in-person, full day Yoga Retreat in the New Forest for yogis committed to self awareness and reconnection to their essence as love.
Less about how it looks, more about how it feels, we will use this Midsummers day to celebrate the tools of yoga, breath and meditation to help us reconnect to our true essence which inevitably connects us to all.
Working with traditional yoga practices of asana, pranayama and meditation, we devote this Midsummer day to the light and the dark within us all. Trusting that we are driven by an intelligence way beyond our thinking mind, we allow time and space to drop inwards and be resourced. Delicious vegetarian food and the unique energy of the New Forest and her trees, plus like-minded yogis will give you nourishment to the bones of your soul.
This Retreat is for yogis who want to deepen their embodied connection to self, allowing their essence as love to shine through.
Our time together will include:
2 hrs of gentle and dynamic yoga practice
guided reflections & journaling
meditation and pranayama practices
small group sharing
yoga nidra rest
This workshop is for curious and authentic yoga practitioners of all mobility levels who are ready to explore ways to come home to their truth. Registration is open to those who have:
a daily wellbeing practice
been curious about and engaged with yoga practices for over 3 years
familiarity with vinyasa yoga practices
