Visit Brownsea Island early morning before it opens to the public and enjoy yoga in the sycamore circle overlooking the quieter aspect of Poole Harbour. Be prepared for red squirrels, peacocks and the mesmerising dance of the tree canopy overhead as you bask in a restorative yoga practice. Afterwards, take time to sit and bathe in the beauty of this magical island whilst savouring the delicious picnic lunch, prepared by Gilly from Wylde Green Garden.
