I have a vision of a world where we all recognise that burn out is a trap that we have no intention of falling into. Chaos is integral to life and brings with it many gifts. Overwhelm and anxiety are when we cling tightly to what we think will protect us instead of remembering to let go and enjoy the ride.

Strategies for calm help us to remember how well equipped we are for life. There are some simple practices you can apply daily to help you stay in flow and enjoy the ride. We can go deep to get resilient, keep it small to get strong, and we can laugh a whole lot more along the way.

Wellbeing is an inside job and a collective job, both at once. It takes a village.

I’ve got some ideas on how we can realistically introduce some simple tools to our morning to help us. We can make it easier, together. Join me on Tuesday 7th September for a LIVE virtual event.

Breathing
to create mental space and inner calm

Observation
to see behind the drama and illusion of our thoughts, patterns and reactions

Reflections
on the reeds we cling to that might in fact be stopping us from being in flow

Deep
rest for aligning with the part of us that already knows.
