Welcome Dinner Sunday
Homemade mushroom and tofu burgers in a sourdough bun with lettuce, pickles and relish with chunky potato and sweet potato wedges and a bright Mexican salad with charred corn, sweet cherry tomatoes, red onion and yellow pepper.
Ganache chocolate and salted date caramel tarts with vanilla ice cream.
Monday Brunch
Summer of love Granola- Toasted organic oats and chia with maple toasted sunflower seeds and mixed nuts with dried mango and shredded coconut.
No grain granola- Made with seeds, nuts, dried fruits and coconut toasted in maple and coconut oil.
Coconut or soya yoghurt
Creamy roasted summer vegetable soup and sour dough bread with a lemon and cannellini bean pate.
Monday Dinner
Gently spiced roasted cauliflower tacos with a mole rojo sauce, sliced avocado and a cilantro cream with a crunchy slaw and a bright green salad.
Strawberry Cheatscakes with fresh strawberries in a lime syrup.
Tuesday Brunch
No grain granola and Summer of love Granola
With yoghurts
Mexican goddess bowl- brown rice, black beans, cherry tomato and rainbow pepper salsa, guacamole, crunchy lightly pickled kale and mixed cabbage. With toasted seeds and a creamy gently spiced dressing.
Tuesday Dinner
Wholewheat spaghetti with homemade walnut pesto a green salad and homemade olive and rosemary Focaccia.
Snix bars- these are made with oats and peanut butter and dark vegan chocolate.
Wednesday Farewell Brunch
The Granolas and yoghurt
Vegan puff pastry not sausage rolls with a new potato salad and a carrot beetroot and orange ribbon salad.
Total cost: £150 per person.
Includes teas, homemade chai and coffee.
